INGREDIENTS:

1 pound Ground Beef Chuck

1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped

8 ounce can Tomato Sauce

2 tablespoons Honey

1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

4 Baked Potatoes, cooked

TOPPINGS:

Shredded Cheese of choice (optional)

Sour Cream (optional)

Green Onions, sliced thinly (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Brown the meat in the skillet on medium heat and then drain.

2. Once drained add in the onion and cook for 3 minutes stirring in the remaining ingredients.

3. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

4. Top this over a liced and butter baked potato then top with your choice of toppings.

5. Serve.

NOTES:

**The longest of the cooking time is baking the potatoes, this can be done in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, for 1 hour. The potatoes are best cooked if you poke the potatoes first to add a few holes to them. Once poked, add a coat of olive oi and garlic salt, wrap them in foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees or until soft.
