Jalapeno Avocado Ranch Dressing and Dip


PREP TIME: 5 minutes

Chill TIME: 30 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Yield: 8 Servings


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1 large Avocado, scooped from the peel

1 large Jalapeno, seeded and chopped

1 tablespoon Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix

1 large Lime, juiced

1/4 cup Water


DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender, blend until completely smooth. Add more water to thin to your desired consistency if needed. For a dip keep it thick, for a pourable dressing add more water.


2. Transfer to a jar or dressing container. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for the flavors to combine. Will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
