Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops with Potatoes and Fresh Green Beans

`Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops with Potatoes and Fresh Green Beans is a super quick, easy and no-fuss weekday dinner recipe. Just drop everything in your slow cooker and forget about it. Slow cooker pork chops will be a new family favorite!


PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 3 hours

TOTAL TIME: 3 hours 5 minutes

YIELD: 6 servings


INGREDIENTS:

3 pounds Red Potatoes, quartered

1 pound Fresh Green Beans, trimmed and cut in half

1 Sweet Onion, chopped

8 Garlic Cloves, minced

1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

4 tablespoons Dry Ranch Seasoning

2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tablespoons Butter, cubed

Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Sear the pork chops in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. (Optional)


2. Mix 1/2 cup olive oil, ranch seasoning, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.


3. Place the potatoes in the bottom of the Crockpot, layer the green beans on top of the potatoes, sprinkle the sweet onions and garlic over the beans and place the pork chops on top. Pour the ranch mixture over the top and toss to coat potatoes, green beans and pork chops evenly.


4. Top with the butter cubes.


5. Cook on HIGH for approximately 3 hours or on LOW for 5-6 hours. Salt and Pepper to taste before serving.
